A couple days ago I got the idea to describe and sum up my (I think) primary problems and ways I see myself, but in a 'food pyramid' type of diagram to show what I think are the least to most prominent of the main things.

My 'food pyramid' diagram of my primary/biggest problems

I plan on showing it to my therapist in my next appointment, but just wanted to maybe see what others on here might think...

So the next thing you need to do is spend time on all the things you ARE capable of doing, because everything you stated were issues with low self-esteem. You also gave superficial examples of this.

I also suffer from low self-esteem, and I wrote down 100 skills, talents, and gifts that I possess written in pretty colors. Yes, most of them were very basic, trivial things, and at the end I highlighted the ones I was most proud of but it's hard to feel useless when you have an entire list of reasons why you are more than just your self-esteem and more than worthless or useless.
Thanks for this!

Well yes, self-esteem is definitely part of it and one of my bigger/est problems, but I of course feel with good reason(s). The examples I gave are fairly superficial, but that is part of the idea, if I can't even do small, simple (superficial) things, how am I going to do big, complex things?

(Another poor example incoming lol) Like if I can't even draw a stick figure I'm definitely not going to be drawing any super-artistic detailed photorealistic portraits... I feel it's the same idea with other things.

I very much recommend showing it to a therapist. I’d try ti now make a list of good things about you. You will see if that would make you more confident?
