Did u know that bananas can help with anxieties ?I saw where one of my friends eats them whenever she gets anxious it helps so they say,even vitamin b can help i brought myself some,however i also got me some anxiety pill supplements they made my anxieties worse,Yes they said that to when I do my research.Just trying to help oh ya even food can make us anxious.I use to get panic attacks sometimes after I ate not to much anymore ,my heart would race and i would start gagging.

I did not know that but I like them so I think it is worth a try. My anxiety is paralyzing.

Mine is to,i cannot do ,much.iam so anxious all the time what really bothers me is when I first wake up I am so anxious
