My biggest battle lately has been my sleep. I can never fall asleep before midnight even when taking my meds. Then I won’t wake up til 3PM. Yes, up to 15 hours! Setting an alarm doesn’t work. I turn it off roll over and go back to sleep. Now I’m trying to pull an all nighter and see if I get tired later in the day. My pdoc decreased one of my meds (zyprexa) that may be contributing but I haven’t had the chance to pick it up yet. We’ll see if that makes a difference. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Having the same issue right now. I tried pulling an all nighter last night but I couldn't take it anymore and woke up at 4PM. It's currently 5 in the morning where I am and I don't know what to do lol. I think I might stay up again and take a 1-2 hour nap at noon just so I don't pass out or something. It's gonna be CRAZY hard to wake up from that nap but nothing else really works for me.
