I needed a Drs excuse for Jury duty. This is what he said about me, that I am emotionally fragile and in chronic pain.

He is so... right! I am coming apart at the seams! I have never in my entire life been like this, and I do not know what to do about it!? Meaning I cannot control what and how I am feeling.

Really scary times for me, so strange!
My state is burning up! Problems at home on a daily basis. In severe pain, from many sources; it is all overwhelming.

And then there is this stupid lockdown, I am separated from all of those I care about. Yet, only my son reaches out to me,feeling extremely alone!!!
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

I'm saddened to hear what are going through, but there are just times that we are not okay and that's okay, though. Believe in yourself a little more, you're not alone.

California has really been walloped this summer/Fall. It's far from easy.

Many are moving out of CA because it's been such a mess on so many levels. So you are not alone in experiencing a high level of discomfort.

If your son reaches out to you there is no need to feel alone. Work on relationships with people around you. All the best.
