So my friend went with me today and she articulated what we had discussed. I want to hear it from all of the angles and look at harboring no ill feelings. Doing well, regaining my power and grieving in a way that is not as stuck I guess. I am grieving for so much right now. EMpty nest, loss of Foster daughter, deaths, my life of struggle, spouse issues in past with mental health and running away. Never had time to process any of this so now it's the elephant in the room. So much sadness for hard times I simply moved on from because there was no time to sort and heal. I am tired and ill. I need strength to heal physically, mentally/emotionally and spiritually.
