Seems like a couple of my recent inoffensive and well meaning posts have peed people off.
That doesn't make me feel comfortable or secure about posting here so i guess it's time to say thanks to all those who were decent and kind enough to make supportive/understanding replies to my posts.
I don't think i belong or am suited to being part of these forums so best to leave.

There is a saying: You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.

If you leave situations where you can't please all of the people all of the time, then there wouldn't be any place for you in life. There wouldn't... Be a place for any of us.

Sometimes miscommunications arise. We intend / mean one thing and people hear quite another. I've been known to do this sometimes. Other people have been known to do this sometimes. I don't know anybody who hasn't misinterpreted / misheard at any time in their life.

It can be hard to sort out miscommunications. Sometimes they can't be sorted at the time. They tend to blow over, however.

Sometimes it can help to focus on the replies that one interprets as being supportive and understanding and to just ignore the ones that one interprets as being unsupportive or not understanding.

Or... One could try and work on sorting it out and figuring out what one might have done to contribute to the mis-understanding. To kind of help prevent them arising in the future...

I did nothing to contribute to it. That having been said i am in an anxious/touchy/paranoid mood and maybe took things too much to heart ,

'm in a ***** mood. Anxious as all hell because i have got a new group starting tomorrow that i don't want to do but am going to give it a go because my care co ordinator.
Had so so meeting with my pdoc yesterday. Told him i didn't want to do new group i'm supposed to be starting tomorrow .That i thought it was waste of time given how problems that could affect it's purpose i had never been given much help for ie the social anxiety /cognitive issues. What expletive deleted gets me is they spent telling people like me for years to forget about work work wasn't a viable option and now because the big wigs in mh are in league with this friggin right wing authoritarian govt pushing the ******** 'Work is the miracle cure for all damn mental illnesses' agenda they start pushing this vocaional skills crap.
Told the pdoc straight i thought it was ludicrous and that it would have done far more good if they had done this when i waS 15-20 years younger having given me the help i needed for the social anxiety etc.

If i don't play ball they'll get damn nasty with me .

Never mind that the last therapy i had with untrained member of staff who quit on me because her work load was too heavy(one who said she could only do a sticking plaster job ,one who was a member of a small religious group whose sensibilities i offended on account of some stuff i printed off so she could get to know me better) said i was in need of intensive therapy. That was 6 plus months ago and no sight of any therapy in %#@&#! sight. A bloke who might have taken me on was booked up.

These mh professionals expletive deleted %#@&#! me off sometimes .It's all about pushing their expletive deleted agendas and damn the fact that there's issues
affecting you they conveniently push to one side, issues that make going along with things ultra stressful and certainly no good for one's state of mind.

Also told i had not been sleeping too well cos my mind's too busy when i'm in bed.Three nights befire the appt = 6 hours sleep and yet just before and after Christmas i kept heading to bed during the day on account of getting up and thinking 'what's the point of being up'?
Was a bit excitable and outspoken. All he had to say was was i getting anything out of seeing him which made me paranoid along the lines of you are seeing me on not a good day and you seem to be dropping not too subtle hints about dumping me , That question all seemed to stem from my saying i wasn't feeling too good/enthusiastic about doing the new group though i had told him i like the other groups and find them helpful.

Today mood has plummeted anxious despondent touchy etc.
Basically damn dysphoric mixed state agitated depression or whatever damn terminology you want to use that fits the damn bill.

Thank expletive deleted there's no drink left or i would be expletive deleted pissed in all senses of the word.

I know that postings here at PC are suppose to be a bit more sensitive because of the type of members that support the site. But sometimes there is no where else to let it out. and everyone is entitled to their own opinion right?
