Hello, so I went to the psychiatrist today will that was a dumpster fire anyway. I also had a pink book that had all my subjects in it I'm freaking out because it had all my stuff in it. I also went to see my sister at the hospital I asked her she said she's seen it but she doesn't know where it is. Now I'm upset because in the excitement and everything I lost an important book with all my information. I'm pissed off because I was looking forward to this appointment and this psychiatrist just proved to me that he's another careless quack of a psychiatrist. My dreams are dashed I'm pissed. I honestly just had a thought like

I don't know how I haven't killed people with how I've been treated. I had a thought of like killing all my psychiatrists

I know right. Just a disappointment enraging **** dumpster fire this whole mental health system is

I hope you can contact the psychiatrist tomorrow and find the book. I used to freak out when I lost stuff too, but I have found that if I step back from it a bit it's not as catastrophic as I originally thought.

Gopefully they will be able to help you. Please don't do anything dangerous to yourself or others. Be Safe. Do update us if possible if you want to obviously. Remember that you matter. Love. I'm not gonna hurt anyone even though he'd really deserve it for wasting my time and being such a careless person. He clearly doesn't care about my situation so I don't even know why he's there. Some people don't deserve there jobs because there only there for $$$. He wasted my time I'm unhappy.
