Therapist was very concerned (TW: been binging, purging, cutting, fighting with others, generally being a mues_.). So she told me she would have someone call and check up on me today. It's 9pm and I didn't get a single call from anyone all day.except some scammer looking for my mom (?)
I was looking forward to someone to talk to instead of just generally being out of control.

Could you call your therapist and ask what happened? There could be an explanation for it having nothing to do with you, like the person dialed the wrong #. I hope you get in touch with someone soon. I'm sorry you're struggling and I hope things get better for you.

I hope you can find the strength to call your T back to ask what happened to the follow-up call. I hope you are allowed to leave her a message and/or email. ((((safe hugs))))
