The more I said, the more they stung me

Right back to very early childhood.

And far too many times by doctors or therapists - far too many stings. Vile, pernicious words and even threats.

I think anyone would have PTSD from that.

I do not feel safe in the world. No idea how to ''achieve'' that.

Not about the situation in the world.

The world can still be that way for me, too. And I really avoid people in general.

I only have a few I feel I can really trust.

I have enlisted husband to now go and do errands and shopping with me. Because with age, comes worry, on account of physical limitations I never dreamt I'd have.
