Some people won't be happy with you unless you do stuff that is bad for you or is not what you want to do.

Some people just won't be happy with you no matter what you do.

I have experienced the above myself. Therefore, I've learned that I cannot have all people being happy with me.

This might be a hard lesson, but it is also a healthy one.

I get thoughts that I'm a bad person for not making the other person happy with me

Cause certain people hammered home into my brain the fact I made them do things, like if one person hit furniture in anger it was cause I made him by what did or didn't do


Someone else would hit me round the head for being stupid and it was my fault

You did not deserve any of that.

You do not make people do things like break furniture. You don't have that kind of power.

They choose violence and then blame you afterwards. It was always their fault, not yours.

Those thoughts you get are not true. I bet you are right though about where they come from: it sounds like people hurt and terrified you if you didn't make them happy.

Willowtigger is a kind, caring, thoughtful person. It is good to make people happy when you love/care about them, like you did yesterday with your exceedingly kind words to Fuzzybear. But you don't have to make everyone happy, most especially people who hurt you and are mean to you. I think you should ignore and avoid such people as much as you possibly can.

i starting to get thoughts again that i not real and the thoughts about radioactiveness are coming back

Last time the radioactiveness thoughts was about bananas and banana skins being 100% radioactiveness, this time i getting thoughts that the girls are both eating radioactiveness when food is in their bowls cause their bowls put radioactiveness into their food

Often people don't like those who are different from them. I had that issue as a teen because of my "social awkwardness". But now I think it was undiagnosed autism.

I'm only concerned about it if I'm getting an X-ray.

i remember when my mental health was bad, down, i was convinced that bananas and banana skins was 100% radioactiveness and it would get my girls (Ebony, who was still alive then, and Tigger) just by me being near a banana skin like if one was in a bin or whatever

is that right, that just by being near a banana skin thats in a bin, radioactiveness will come out of the bin and put radioactiveness on the girls? i dont remember where that thought came from originally but i do know it stuck around for literally years, on and off

I'm sorry you're having those thoughts. I've never heard of bananas being radioactive. I don't buy them, but just because I don't like them.
