Just an update to let you all know I've managed to go two weeks smoke-free. I've posted about this in the "Stop Smoking Thread" in Health Support.

Thanks, all of you! It's great to hear positive feedback!
I'm determined to succeed in quitting this time. It has been very hard to quit, and I don't want to waste all this effort. I DO feel better, and now decreasing the patch strength is helping also. Love Patty |
