Anyone tried it, what do you think?
I'm not sure if it works... it says to drink it with 4-6 ounces of water... which really isn't much water. I'm wondering if anyone actually follows the directions on the packet. Also, what flavors do you like? I tried Lemon-Lime because that's all they had and it's pretty good. I also tried Raspberry and that was kinda nasty, and I usually LIKE raspberry! |

ooh, I love that stuff. and frankly, I usually just eat it. i drink water first, and then i just eat the powder. it's yummy that way. lemon-lime is the best. and it always FEELS like it works, and that's what's important to me

what's this product? is it like for energy or something?

It's for vitamin C supplement mostly and extra energy

I saw that it has 1000 mg of C? Do you know that if you take large doses of C and then stop, you can have a deficiency because of the mechanism that gets rid of the excess? I learned that in a nutrition class and first hand. I think all you have to do is taper off gradually and you're ok.
