or has there seemed to be alot more ppl finding themselves symptamatic this past 2 weeks, we've had 4 hospitalizations, and several ppl with deep depression here in our support group here where I'm from, myself , am in a Bi-polar crash.

I'm sorry that you have crashed. Take care of yourself. Keep talking about it in Bi-Polar, I'm there every day and I'll listen to you. Being BP myself, I certainly understand. I hope to see you feeling better soon. {{{{{{{{{{nothemama8}}}}}}}}}}}}}

yeah ... I'm acting out enough on my own, but when ppl act out TOWARDS me too, I get quite overwhelmed
