Is anyone on here diagnosed with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria?

I have a tough time with rejection.

I have ADHD, social anxiety and depression diagnosis'. I've read that RSD can occur with ADHD and am wondering if anyone knows anyone diagnosed with it?

Just curious, thx if anyone cares to share.

I just heard about RSD for the first time a little while ago.

I’m pretty sure I’m autistic and have RSD… it sucks a lot, keeps me from reaching out and maybe forming relationships

Thanks for posting, its reminded me to look a little more into it!

I’ve read about it, having done a lot of my own searching for answers.

This is a good resource for ADD/ADHD information, and also talk with your doctor:

After having a look at this... https://my.clevelandclinic.org/healt...-dysphoria-rsd
I'd have to say I might fit the suit.

I think my therapist has diagnosed me with this! As I have been diagnosed with ADHD along with Bipolar etc.... I struggle with rejection quite badly. It aches me. I struggle with endings, I struggle with confrontation and I struggle with the fear of being rejected in society and in life. I feel like a hot mess tbh!
