This has been coming on I think, and I'm still upset by it. I feel like I'm crazy but I've calmed down enough to write about it. I was hospitalized because I have schizoaffective disorder. It was pretty traumatic for me because it happened as I was on vacation with my best friend. Now that I'm on medication, I no longer hear voices and my thinking is better. Still by the experience, I feel like I'm crazy, but my best friend has been really supportive of me and keeps checking in on me. Now that I'm home, I feel different and I'm trying to get back to activities but I feel depressed by things. I'm simply seeking for support.

I'm sorry you went through that. Being in the hospital can definitely be traumatic. I hope that as you readjust to life and get used to your meds that you start to feel better.
