I interviewed last week for a job and thought the interview went well & I got positive feedback from the recruiter, so I'm really hoping that I get a second interview. But the company was supposed to let the recruiter know yesterday who they wanted to see again. As of 2:00 pm today, the recruiter hadn't heard anything. I just wish companies would recognize how stressful job hunting is, and keep to the schedules that they give out.

At the rate I'm going, you're going to have to peel me off the ceiling when the phone does ring. lOL

I HATE waiting.

That's hard. Any other interviews lined up to look forward to? I was always hopeful but liked when I had 2-3 interviews happening at once and sometimes had to "choose" what job to take.

Do you have to go through the recruiter or can you call the company directly? You know, show interest? Let them know you want it?

Thanks guys,

Perna - no no other interviews in the works at the moment, but I've got resumes out. It'd be my dream to have multiple offers, but that doesn't seem likely.

Rayna - I take your point, but the protocol here is to work through the recruiter, rather than directly with the company. It's frustrating, but at least this agency has turned out to be good.
