Hi, all,
I just wanted to post about my progress of the big quit. I am using the nicotine patches, and now on the step 3 (itty bitty) patches. I realize these patches have replaced my addiction to nicotine, especially now on the step 3, but I'm still determined to succeed.
This has been SO very hard, the final quitting, after 35 years of smoking and trying to quit innumerable times in the past. I can't begin to tell you how many times i tried to quit and failed. It is such a terrible addiction.
Anyway, I'm hanging in here !
Patty
