And I'm not quite sure how to do any of this... Or what to do at all actually...

u not sounds stupid at all ..u can find the forum that related to ur issue and post there whenever u need to post or maybe just rant and u also can comes to chat after few post..and u can read here for further information http://forums.psychcentral.com/faq.php

Welcome to PsychCentral and you don't sound stupid at all! Just start looking around and pretty soon you'll get the hang of it. There's lots of forums about lots of stuff. Just read the posts and if you see anything interesting and have a comment, post away!!!!
