I find as soon as my allergies start - spring or fall ones I get more mood swings...anyone else?

YES.

If I forget to take my allergy meds its hard for me to be outside (and be happy anyways), and it most definitely has an impact on my mood.

the european community did a multinational study that correlates depression with moldy houses.
the doctors cant be sure if depressed people dont clean up enough and the houses get moldy or if the toxins in mold start a cycle where people get depressed and their houses get moldier.
your complaint is quite possible.
