I looked back in history here and saw that today is a happier time for me. I crashed and burned and am now in a better place. I probably should not have read old threads as I became angry for old stuff again. I also realize that I have pretty severe memory loss and don't remember a lot of people or things from the past. I like today much better.

Nice realization. I am glad that you are feeling better about things.

It is a good feeling to see that your world is better then it was. I know when reminded of old stuff it is sometimes difficult to get it out of your mind again. But.. because you are in a better place now those feelings are easier to forget.
It seems to me the happier times you are in came to you from growth. I am very happy for you and you should be proud of yourself. Today is far better then the past Today is far better then the past Today is far better then the past
