OMG SO SCARY!!!
SANFORD, Fla. -- Police believe a Sanford woman accused of kidnapping a day-old baby from Central Florida Regional Hospital followed a maintenance worker into what was supposed to be a secure maternity unit, Friday afternoon. http://www.wftv.com/news/15744023/detail.html This literally scared me so much when I look back and think how easily it could have been MY little one because I was so trusting with the nurses that came in. Mind you, most of them I knew because I had been in so much, but a few were new to me... oh gosh what if this had been my little boy ![]() |

Yeah, that's scary to think about!!
When my daughter was born, I told my husband to stay with her at all times. I've just seen too many Dateline stories about babies being switched at birth or all that. Well, she had a high temperature and they had to take her somewhere for tests and didn't let him in. I'm still a little furious at the nurses that they wouldn't at least let him stand by the door of where they took her. But...she's fine. It's sad the lengths people will go to. I am so happy they found that baby safe. I feel so bad for the mother!! She must be in so much shock! |
