Finally...i hope!

Looks like things are finally moving re: this idiot who threatened to burn down my flat.

The cops handling the case weren't amused the cops on friday didn't take any action...though they did escort me where i needed to go to make sure i was safe.

Anyway, the cops on the case just called me and told me what's being done.

He got arrested once before but his fancy lawyer got him out within 6 hrs...they don't want that happening again. So, two new witnesses to his threats have to be interviewed, then i get video interviewed on wednesday. Coz i'm classed as a vulnerable adult they do it on video then i don't have to face that idiot in court.

Then they should be all set to pick him up with no holes in the charges or procedures. Have to hold tight and see i guess.

Cops in the U.K don't have guns do they ? Dose that make you feel safer .I'm against hand gus all together. Every half *** loser here in the U.S has a gun now days . Cops over here would laugh at you if were threatened to have flat burn down.

cops here don't have guns as a rule...only the ones who deal with terrorist bomb threats and stuff, they patrol the city here with sub-machine guns etc when anything's going on.

normal cops just have batons, cs spray etc.

they take all threats to do stuff like bomb houses seriously here in Birmingham coz they've seen to much happen over the years, i just got 2 lazy end-of-shift cops on friday is all.

maybe you should speed up your trip , found some info on tours in PA for when you get here , one place you truely need to go to is Hershey PA

oh KJ good! It must give you some hope and good feelings to know things are finally moving along a path rather than just sort of stalemating.

So glad for you. I hope the....well, you know... goes to damn jail and rots there.

i got escorted by the cops to the community centre this morning as i was meeting a friend there who was coming to the station with me as support for this statement i had to give.

then the cop handling the case came to the centre to take us both to the station over the road flanked by cops on bikes.

guess what? this idiot was stupid enough to blatantly follow us all to the station! so as soon as i was safely in there...they arrested him.

they officially couldn't tell me though in case it influenced the statement i gave them in any way.

but...there came a point where i told them to stop, i couldn't do this statement. at that point the cop doing the interview took me to the back garden for a coffee in the sun and told me off the record that he'd been arrested.

now what happens is this. he'll be interviewed over a number of hours about the things he's done to me...and the fact that he's started threatening my friends in front of their kids!!! they'll request he's held without bail but if he gets bail anyway he won't be allowed in the neighbourhood...but the cops would still have me on watch just in case.

hate to be nasty but i hope he gets held without bail...he's dangerous and has started threatening folks in front of their kids for crying out loud!
