im glad that this has been done and you were brave to stand up for you and all the others who have suffered at the mans mind games, hopefully the judge will go with you and give him a good sentance and he wont be allowed bk to your area ever

Kalamity,
i had a stalker several years ago. I watched this man play the system, and he was very, VERY good at it. He needed psychiatric help as well as rehab for addictions. It sounds like the police are on the ball there in your area, and I hope it continues, but my situation ended with the man breaking into my house after I called the police. He used a huge rock to break thru my patio door and came after me with a gun he had stolen. The only reason I'm alive is that the gun jammed and I ran to the neighbor's garage, and they called the police. These stalkers can be very obsessed and vengeful toward the people who try to put them away, and they do DO eventually get out...Make no mistake about this. The system is not very effective in incarcerating them, and as I said before...they are obsessed and they know how to work the system. Patty |

((((Patty)))) i'm sorry you had to go thru that and sorry things had to go so far before you got the help you needed. i'm glad you came thru it safely. the facts of my case mean i'm not worried about later. he has previous for this, plus the charges for this case are such that even his own lawyer says he's looking at a hefty sentence. and the local authority are officially evicting him from his flat and taking out a civil order stopping him returning to the area. also, though i had no prior knowledge of this, he's been threatened by gang members in the neighbourhood and they unfortunately don't make empty threats. i'm not happy that all this bad stuff is happening to him...though i am glad he's currently off the streets and unable to harm anyone else. i'm hoping he manages to get the psychiatric help he needs too. thank you for being concerned but i don't feel i will be in any danger when he is eventually released. take good care. peace & love to you, kj |
