I thought I'd post an announcement here, since I know not everyone makes it over to the recovery forum. Mods hope this is ok to post here.

We have a recovery chat, every Tues. at 10pm ET, immediately following Doc John's chat.

Basically it's a forum to exchange ideas & support each other in recovery from any type of addiction. You don't have to be sober / clean to join in. If you're still using but are thinking about stopping and maybe need some help ideas about quitting that's ok too.

Just look for recovery chat in the chat rooms - I open it up at about 9:55 pm.

Hope to see you there.

English time is 5 hours ahead of EST (Eastern Standard Time)

So that would make it 3am for you.

> English time is 5 hours ahead of EST

But Psych Central is on Eastern Daylight Time now...

Also, is Britain on Summer Time yet? It could be 5 or 4 hours ahead...

Also, when I look the the Jump menu, I do not see a Recovery forum. Have I removed it from my options, or what?
