*famous sheep words* I am ok............
I have thought about this alot lately. My famous words *I am ok* truth being sometimes I am not ok........ Its always the answer i give in chat, Its always the answer I say IRL... I have decided with alot of help, "from someone" its ok to be not ok....... Its ok to say I am not when I am not. Its very hard for me to even type this........ As it makes me feel like i am letting myself and you down. Which is wrong of me to think that... I know you all care very much....... I do care about all of you........ So from now on If i am not ok ...I will try real hard to say that...... Cause its ok not be ok once in awhile....................... just the sheep talking muffy

you've no idea how relieved i am to see you post this. i've not said but i've been worried about you the past few days for always feeling you always have to say you're okay. stubbornly standing by that attitude caused me to have a breakdown...so i worry when i know you feel you have to be that way. please forgive me if this reply has upset you...it's intended to say i'm pleased for you that you've finally realized you have the right to sometimes not be ok and say so. lotsa love & hugs ((((muffy))))

Oh boy! You know about my first book. I have my second book plotted out (I was going to write it for my T about my 900 years seeing her but a novel) and its title is That's Okay, I'm Fine about a girl that always answers that when everything is falling apart :-)

I suspect this place would be empty if we were all okay. You are such a dear woman. You have every right to lean on people here if you're not okay. You also have a right to say you're not okay without having to go into detail. I'm sorry to hear you're not okay, but I'm glad you told us. |
