Anyone familiar with the song Sad Lisa by Cat Stevens? I'm trying to get ahold of a copy of it on the net, because I've never heard it but I want to (reccomended to me). I've found the lyrics, but I want to find the song. If anyone knows how I can find it and listen to it like today- not order it and wait for it in the mail(!), could you post here or pm me?
Thanks, Angela Here are the lyrics... Cat Stevens - Sad Lisa Lyrics She hangs her head and cries in my shirt She must be hurt very badly Tell me what's making you sadly Open your door, don't hide in the dark You're lost in the dark, you can trust me 'Cause you know that's how it must be Lisa, Lisa Sad Lisa, Lisa Her eyes like windows tricklin' rain Upon her pain getting deeper Tho' my love wants to relieve her She walks alone from wall to wall Tho' I know she likes to be near me She sits in a corner by the door There must be more I can tell her If she really wants me to help her I'll do what I can to show her the way And maybe someday I will free her Tho' I know no one can see her

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{LMo}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Sometimes it's good to have a cry. It's cleansing.

Thanks Sept. The problem is I can get stuck in songs and it's not healthy -- I had to make a consciencious effort to put away my Tori Amos cds about 6 months after my divorce, because all I would do is lay there and cry for hours... which was a little ridiculous after a certain period of time. I rarely listen to music at all these days, and strangely enough, I believe it saves me from getting down.
This is inspiring me to search for studies of the effects of music on emotions, but I have to finish a paper in 5 hours for school, so it'll have to wait! Miss you Sept!

I miss you, too, Hun, but I'm glad you're staying busy. Maybe when you have time we can talk about music. I relate so strongly to/with it.
