am still on my Remeron 45mg. Not going up.
Also going to be getting back into CBT to help with my anxiety.
Got to eat better which I am not, and got to drink more fluids on a daily basis.

I have another appt next week, my psychiatrist wants to get this under wraps ASAP and I have to agree with it.

Still depressed, mildly.. and still dealing with SAD....trying to thinking postive that things will go bad to being normal again....trying to get out and keep busy...and also re-reading my book don't panic.. which is helping again.

Also my psychiatrist is looking to get me into a group, a CBT group that helps also with yoga, meditation, etc for the winter, once a week.. This group is run by a psychologist... and one of my psychiatrists paitents (I think) has been benefiting from it, so she thinks that I might as well.

We will see what happens.

Take care. Winter is tough, but I know you're going to make it. Being sore doesn't help either, does it?

Being sore sucks, I'm still sore this morning my neck is acheing still.
Went for my bloodwork, had to fast and didn't know it.. A little update but luckily I didn't eat after roughly 6...and the only drink I had was water to take my pills.

Doctor appt again tomorrow for 8:20 with my family doctor.
