its so hard to feel validated if what we believe to be true is not shared with those who we spend our life with

for me, it is not always that those 'others' are wrong, or that anyone is 'wrong'

when there are divisions it causes unrest for all.. ive wondered many times when ive experienced a similar feeling in my own life, what had brought these feelings on..

many times i discovered there was something i had not originally understood before the disruption (the negative reinforcing) occurred, some small piece of information i failed to pick up on..

it was only in the re-creating of the event that i could find that missing piece of information.. in many cases i had acted too quickly, sometimes irrationally....

these feelings i endured and all this truth, did not invalidate me as a human being.. i view it as a report card of sorts... it was a reflection of my current state of growth and understanding.. it showed me at what place i was in the path to healing, and where i might get to from there...

i hope this passes for you hon.. you are such a kind, sweet gentle being.. sending prayers of love and hope for you always..
