Hes a tattoo artist, and just became a crane operator. Thats both good and bad - It means that he will be back and forth from out west, which means we would only get to see each other for a week every three weeks. But, it also means hes looking at salary starting at around 100K a year! And then the tattooing too.

We've actually been friends for like about six or eight years, met on irc loooong ago. Yes, we have met and in person too!

Soooo along with that, we were talking the last couple days and it looks like I am going to become a peircer :: Its something Ive been passionate about for a while, and hell, my own turned out ok, so I have some idea of what I am doing. Now to find a shop I can apprentice at, and then see where it goes.

Well, after several nights of eight hour talks... Its official. The Mandie now has a boyfriend. And is just tickled pink. And hes cute, responsible, sweet, and hard working. No more abusive pattern for me! Im breaking out and taking the nice guy!

I don't know why I had to post this but I am just happy right now. Taking it slow, but we have been friends for sooooooo long the opportunity just never came up. So we have a good solid base.

Mandie is one happy little monkey today.

And now i must sleep, because we talked until five am and im beat.

Very happy for you sweety, you so deserve to have a good man in your life. I showed my daughter your b/f's pic and that he's a tattoo artist. She would love to see some of his work (and so would I for that matter)

we just spent three hours chatting about our hopes and dreams.. all our wants are in line..we even both have bpd which is now controlled and are both knowledgeable enough to help not hinder one another.

we spent an hour writing poems to each other over msn - romantic ones. And then we shared our poems from the past. And talked about our pain and traumas. And supported each other. We talked about how we want things to go. We decided not to have sex for a while - so its special when it happens. He told me he is not going to kiss me right away - as he wants the moment to be full of love. he said he would be happy to hold me in his arms and just talk.. about anything. I said:

however this turns out, he makes me feel.. i dont even have a word for it. I mean there was so much closeness from our friendship. HE told me hes wished to be with me for a long long time but wanted to wait to act on it until he was truly ready to give me everything and make me happy, no matter what it takes.
