I just want to express my happiness that after 86 years, the Boston Red Sox finally won a World Series!! There is much rejoicing in my part of the country, and for good reason! Yay Sox!

Short-suffering fan,
DocJohn

Sigh, says I, from Milwaukee (lost 105 games this year) by way of 9 years in St. Louis and 14 in Missouri. My guys just rolled over and played dead.

What REALLY scares me is -- the RED SOX won a World Series ..... does this mean the Cubs are next? Yay RED SOX!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay! Im so glad the Red Sox got it done. They are my second favorite team behind my Twins so i was rooting hard for the Red Sox after the evil Yankees stomped my team into the dirt. I love how much passion and intensity it seems the Red Sox fans have even tho they suffered so long.

Haha if the Cubs win it all next year im gonna look into buying a bomb shelter or something cause the end of the world must be near. The Red Sox and the Cubs winning it back to back years? Yikes that would be frightning.

I live 90 miles from Chicago and I'm going to move into Shaymus's bomb shelter if the Cubs win ANYTHING next year, much less the World Series. Not necessarily because the world's going to end -- although a Cubs World Series victory WOULD be one of the 7 signs of the impending apocalypse -- but because Cubs fans are so very annoying Yay RED SOX!!!!!!!!!!!. Well -- at least to Brewers fans they are. And when they drive up here and overtake Miller Park for Brewers-Cubs games, they clog up every single method of getting anywhere from downtown. The best thing about Milwaukee is that there isn't Chicago traffic, except when the darn Chicagoans are here!

Sure took ya long enough DocJohn to tell us you're celebrating! We were all here on the chat room hootin and hollerin..

However, we know you Bostonians will celebrate anything... even have tea parties from what I hear LOL

When you weren't here, we began looking for you on the tv street scenes!!! lol

Well, it took a new century and a blood moon.

8 straight games... BOSOX really wanted this one eh?

Rest in Peace Babe.

The curse is reversed.

Even longer than the Red Sox. 1903 or something, I think.

Wow!!! Talk about some strange curse. I wonder why their curse is not as known as the Red Sox??
