Anybody know about these? ADA accommodations for mental health

(ADA = Americans with Disabilities Act)

I am going to talk to my HR person at work Tuesday about solutions to my situation (that don't involve my getting fired, or that get me a good settlement if they do) and I'm not sure what might be worth asking for.
