bk along i posted about daughter travelling to go to you differant unis to see which one she liked and was offered course at all she looked at , she settled for her faviourte site and started doing everything she needed to do to get there, she even had to sort out a dyslexica test but they told her as she had to come a long way she could wait untill beginning of term she was planning to go up in a couple of weeks for a three day taster of uni life , she even started buying things ready to go
all her funding has come through

but bad news they wrote to her saying they have pulled the course she wants to do and offered her another two to think about

with a bit of advice from hubbys suport worker she seriosly thought about this
and aranged to talk to someone from conexsions this is a place where young ppl can go to discus work and studying

they looked into both of the other courses for her and found out neither will get her where she wants to go so they contacted ucafs which is overall for all unis and found out that another of her choices most probally will taker shes just waiting for a letter

she didnt give up she struggled on

Sounds like a little bump in the road, but she seems determined. I imagine she will do so very well!!
