Just wondering.. lol... I found this site and thought "Wow!" finally a place to ask all my questions but lately all I'm seeing is posts about children, so before i sound too much more like an idiot ... this IS a place for adults to seek information about themselves too... right?

Umm... I'm not sure which forums you have been looking in but this is definitely a mental health support site for adults although people can join from the age of 14.

I think it's great that kids/teens can come here too. Where they might be skeptical to go to adults they know, we can help.

I'm pretty sure I'm an adult (33) although I still answer to my Mom.

I am at the 1/2 way mark (55), & I don't have any kids.....except for my daughter who is 30.

I have found over the years that it's a wonderful place when you have something that's bothering you......to be able to express it & have wonderful supportive responses......from all ages.....that helps give different perspectives to ones thoughts.

Welcome,
Debbie
