Saturday I took the nursing entrance exam for BOCES school of practical nursing...thought it was easy...last nursing entrance exam I took I scored a perfect score, and wasn't admitted, due to the fact that I have my bachelor's....when they heard that they said they'd give the chance to someone else..but that's another story..
So Monday night the scores are posted online....I look...it reported 11% on math out of 100% and 30% right out of 100% on reading.....everyone in my family thought it was a mistake..I called the school and voiced my opinion..they said, "It is what it is, you didn't get in..........................." I started looking into being a medical assistant, as this was the last nursing school in my area....I looked at a real depressing school for it, and I was sooooooooo sad......  Then BOCES called.....the company that does the testing messed up...I got 77% on math (need 45%) and 95% on reading (need 70%) so I guess I/m on to the next nursung meeting where I write an essay about why I want to be a nurse they invited me to the Saturday morning meeting..I should be happy, yet I feel duped, doubted, estranged, and hurt.....people are telling me but focus on you're on to the next step yet I just cannot........................

 Yes, like they stole your thunder... BUT WHOO HOOO! HA HA HA YOU KNEW you did well! How great for them to double check and find the right scores for you!  You're going to doing it!

I think you deserve a huge apology from BOCES. You almost unplanned your future because of those results!
I wish you the best of luck with your next esay. I'm sure you will do wonderful.

That really sucks the way they screwed up your scores, but at least the error was found and you get to to onto the next stage. I really hope you get in.

Congratulations and best wishes! How your stomach must have sunk when those wrong results were posted. That was not fair at all!
