Here's a great article from actor Joe Pantoliano discussing his mental illness.

The more they speak out about their issues and the hope they have found the better in my eyes!

I'd like to see Joe Pantoliano take on a role such as Winona Ryder did, only of course with more of a masculine viewpoint. It's been a while since we've seen a good movie dealing with defining mental illness, even asking if the problem has something to do with society itself, as Girl, Interrupted so beautifully does........................

Great article. I had no idea that Joe Pantoliano suffered from depression, and I'm a big fan of his. Loved his role in Memento, and he added a dark edge to The Sopranos that was seriously lacking before he was added to the cast (it was a show about the mafia, after all). Glad to hear he's doing well.
