I have been waiting on pins and needles to go see my bariatric surgeon in Little Rock for months now. I have been wanting him to do my next round of surgeries and I got an email yesterday saying they were going to have to reschedule and my appointment wasn't going to be until January. I figured it was because of my labwork fiasco. They haven't received my labwork and have been freaking out and I told them I would just bring the hard copy of it when I came so I called them this morning and they said oh it's not because of your labwork the Doctor is going to be out of the office that day. I was just crushed and asked is there any other way I can see him before January? I live 3-3 1/2 hours away and in January you never know what the weather is going to be like.

So now I'm bumming. The schedular isn't going to be in until this afternoon maybe until Monday.

So yes I am whining.

Awww (((((((((( jbug )))))))))))

It's understandable you would be bummed...you've worked up to the fact you were going to have the surgery at a specific time and then it changed on you....that really stinks.

Maybe when you speak with the person who does the scheduling you can be asked to be put on a cancellation listing so that if someone cancels, you can slip into their spot?
