Hi there! To utilize all the newest smilies that DocJohn has added for us (see instant smilies list and under that it says More Smilies, click on that)
bring up the More Smilies and then MINIMIZE the window. After waiting for it to load once, it is now available 'instantly" and also for quick replies!!!! Just thought you'd wanna know...

Sky you seem to know a bunch about puters do you have any idea why mine will not show smilies only the typed versions which are no fun at all? It works w/ smilies other places?
If not then that is OK too just thought I would ask. Kim

Um this has been addressed a few times last year in the tech forum... so if what I say doesn't click.. recheck there??? lol
Make sure your stuff is checked off in the Internet Options area. (Go up on your computer tool bar... clickon Tools, the Options (Internet Options) and I think Advanced? Sorry I went to Mozilla and I'm not easily familiar with it's differences and can't remember my IE ones LOL ANYWAY... make sure you're allowing Active X stuff (safe ones) and... seems to me there was something else... like check all the Security settings of SSL etc? Oh and um make sure you have javascript clicked as enabled... and and that you allow images to load... I really don't know much about computers. What I've learned is by trial and error and problems with which others have helped me... and I've forgotten half of that ! LOL But there are some real nerds who can help... post in Tech Forum if you still have troubles and they don't correct me HERE Oh wait... smilies work on other sites... do you have this site excepted ??? That's in tools also... internet options or web settings... make sure you're allowing images and stuff for this site.

Oh wow I've been wondering where everyone was getting the new smilies. I've never been in the habit of using them, so I never thought to check "use smilies" *duh*
