<font color="purple">I'm doing ok I guess. I haven't been around much, not posting but i've been reading peoples posts, I just haven't responded to many. I'm sorry i've been a slacker lately guys.
My apologies. My mood has been ok, my GAD is good, the Effexor is doing wonders for that. Depression is so so. Up and down really like a rollercoaster. But it's tolerable. I go to see my pdoc Wed so that will be good. I'm up right now so that's why i'm posting. I went up with the BF at 10, watched a bit of tv and then tried to sleep. That didn't work, so I tossed and turned and decided to come down and try to get myself tired. I had some intrusive thoughts for some reason about the abusive ex, so that wasn't too cool. But I was able to push it away, but not to the point of burying it. Anyways I guess that's it. I'll try to get to more posts... Just been so blah lately.</font>
