They just closed the university for the rest of the day here, and it will most likely be closed tommorrow, too. We have gotten so much snow this week! There are probably about 4 feet on the ground in some places. There are piles taller than me!

It would be exciting! except that I really hate feeling trapped. There's no way I'm digging out my car and venturing into the mess out thereSnow Day!

Plus, if it doesn't clear up by Saturday, I will have to cancel therapy and that stinks!!!

On a lighter note, have any of you in the snowier regions noticed that snow shoveling can bring out the ugliest in human nature, as people who share a parking lot pile snow behind eachother's cars to get out?? lol! We are all trading snow here!!! I find it amusing lol Snow Day!

I might end up just talking, but I don't think she can charge Voc Rehab for phone sessions, and in that case, I don't think I would ask it of her.

I'm bummed about that

We live in the "Lake Effect Snow" region. The farther north we drive, the more snow there is. My dad works near Chardon...who gets 16-20" to out 4-6", it's Ohio's Buffalo. So we get snow when everyone else has nice weather. The snow days are WONDERFUL...but I get cabin fever after a while. By March I am so SICK and TIRED of snow I want to scream.

When I lived in VA they FREAKED when it snowed. Snow Day! Idiot drivers everywhere. So we stayed inside. lol Snow Day! Driving in snow doesn't faze me anymore. So I brave the roads from time to time.

My mom said when she worked in Baltimore (eons ago) if they got enough snow to cover the street the city shut down. lol Snow Day!

Hopefully the snow will let up so you can get out. There's a lot of time between now and the weekend.

LOL.

The only way to win the battle of the snow piles is to call a snow plow in.....that usually settles who is best. Snow Day!

(Another way is to faint Snow Day! in the front yard, when your neighbors are out....works every time.) LOL

Do you have a Hotline or Warmline that you can call to talk to someone?
or for fun stuff, curl up with a cup of hot chocolate, and read a good book, go outside and make a snow angel, or take food coloring and write messages in the snow
