is it free...with no charge at all to sign up on rogers for their texting online to someone's cellphone? they way it's free...I dunno if that is free to sign up or free for everything??...I'm confused

yes, i have used them.

Do you mean signing up on the website to send someone a text? If so, yes, that is free BUT. The person you are sending the message to may still receive a charge depending on if they have a text messaging package with their bill or added on. So that person could still receive a charge for that message. You, however, will not be charged for sending it on the website. Hope that helps.

Im not sure. It would depend on what sort of text charges or packages rogers has, and im not completely sure. They may have free incoming text messages, which would leave it free. But it would depend on what that person has.
