Whenever I view two vertical lines close to each other, my eyes perceive a red spot right in the center of the two L's. This happens when I read emails or see it on the computer screen anywhere. My theory is that this is related to the WTC collapse. Can PTSD do this to someone?

iyengar, I am not an expert, but my husand who has WTC-related PTSD has some quirky symptoms. Whenever he looks up at a tall uilding that is similar in shape to the WTC, he sees double and is rigid in body posture. Not sure if that was clear, but don't know how to explain it better.
Welcome to pc. there is a PTSD support group here. You can find it through the forum index or by the forum jump at the bottom of the page.
Take care.
