Hi, all, I'm feeling so terribly alone and rather like i'm going crazy. i was diagnosed bipolar almost 3 years ago. i will be 25 in june. i have just started college again, and the stress is getting to me. intrusive thoughts have started bombarding me again, and also for some reason the OCD has come back as well. i really hope and pray there is someone to talk to out there. i feel as if i'm the only one who has these problems. there are so few people who can understand. God bless my mum. and also, i'm a great ear for anyone and i'm always here to pray for you. God's what gets me through! hope to hear from some of you soon. glad i finally found something like this forum. blessings.

Dear Jules,

Welcome to the forum, I am also bipolar so I know alittle about what you are going through. This is a wonderful site to express yourself. Try out chat sometime , it is also very helpful if you need to talk and you dont want to use the boards.

Take care,
Leslie
