I have noticed a number of us changing our names as we grow out of the names we originally chose. What a positive thing to occur - imagine - we grow and change and realize that we have moved on beyond where we were when we first registered. Thanks again, to DocJohn for allowing these positive affirmations of our growth to grow along with us.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
