I was feeling on top of the world about 1/2 hour ago and now, I'm back in the abyss. God, I totally hate this. I'm so tired of ending up in this same old place all the time. I'm here so often, I think they have a spot reserved for me. Geez!!!

Have you tried re-reading the old thread? Remind yourself why you were feeling so good.

You know, it doesn't probably feel like so much Angel, but just by becoming so conversant in your moods, you are demonstrating a power over them, or put another way, a seperateness from them. I suppose i'm overly fond of abstraction, and don't mean to compound the tediousness of my verbosity with obtuseness, but the voice that is able to evaluate each state has been a huge key for me in my search for "me." You are stronger than you feel; that is easy to see from outside of you. I'm so glad you keep posting thru your mood swings. Keep on. We're all connected.

Thanks sqrl. I usually am able to continue to post throughout my mood swings and even offer support to others. My sense of humour may suffer in the meantime but I do the best that I can. My last depressive cycle did get so low that I did become quiet for quite some time but that really rarely happens.

I shouldn't have let that one post get to me, logic tells me that but my heart doesn't and my heart usually overrides my mind. Geez!!!

nothemama - I did read your thread but maybe I'll read it again.

I think talking to the author of the post is the only thing that is going to resolve my mood but I'm extremely hesitant to do that so I'm not sure I'm really going to follow through. I might just suffer this out on my own. Geez!!!

Well, let's make the spot "reserved" for you a table for two, and I'll have a pint and you can have a glass of wine and we'll see if we can't sort things out again, OK? Cheshire
