I hate.......

my sons cell phone, my sons stinky teenage attitude, my attitude, my parents attitude, planes flying low overhead, stinky economies, money, motorbikes, loud cars, high pitched noises, thyroxine, selfish bast@#ds, patience, tolerance, food, thinking about food, broken stuff, being sick all the time, making decisions, making excuses, infidelity, dirty carpet, sexuality, dry hair, hairy legs and ..........being so freaking angry over nothing.

Sorry, this was a thyroid/bipolar/borderline/schizoeffective/three-legged badger/stupid bollocks moment......

Glad I got it off my chest.......phew!!!

Michah,
Way To Go!
It's grand when we give ourselves permission to blow off steam.

Just one question?
why is your list so short?
Mine would be about three times as long...

Sounds like a good time to make some big changes! And why not? If everything stinks, clean it!

IDK... try to find things to distract you from what you are allowing to bother you? Maybe don't take things so personally... each person has their own path, and if they won't listen to reason, that's their choice? Sometimes allowing others to learn from their mistakes is the best way to go.

Do good self care... and have a better day.

don't forget to breathe...

put on some soothing music, and do a light activity...

maybe next time, instead of a rant, reverse your psychology, and that might create some peace.

When I have to do something harsh, for me anyway, or feel pain, say,
I learned to welcome it... like saying, 'come in, do what you need to, and leave quietly'...

This stops me from resisting things that make it worse and disturb my peace.

It might sound crazy, Dear Person, but it can work to ones benefit.

Try it next time and let me know how you feel after... remember, welcome the noise, whatever, and go about your business, and try not to trip over anything, lol, and meditate on your breath, and listen to something soft to keep your BPM at a good rate... and we'll see, huh <>

xoxo
