I have a friend in the Ft Lauderdale area who is without health insurance. Does anyone here know of a place that will take people w/o insurance. She needs to see a medical doctor ASAP!! Thanks!!

Emergency rooms have to see patients and get them stable regardless of financial or health insurance status. Is that an option for her?

She doesnt have any money coming in anymore to pay for the bill.

THere are "Urgent care centers" all over Broward County...that take you without insurance. http://urgentcaresawgrass.googlepages.com/
