I know, I know, I'm very depressed yet again. Just can't deal with the many conflicting emotions that are causing my brain to be very chaotic right now. It feels like they're all bouncing off of each other. Too many different emotions all at the same time but none of them happy, so much chaos in my head. I'm so low that I feel like being in bed and staying there all day with the covers pulled over my head. Unfortunately, I can't do that cuz I have a pdoc appt.

bad pdoc appt, I'm seriously thinking of looking for a new pdoc. Added yet another med to my arsenol of meds. Still standing her ground on not upping my ADs.
