The energy you devote to being annoyed brings you nothing of value in return. So choose to quickly let go of your need to be annoyed. The time and energy you put into being offended adds nothing positive to your life. So decide to quickly let go of your need to be offended.

Winning petty arguments will do nothing to enhance your relationships. So find a way to quickly let go of the need to prove that you're right.

There are many things that can hold you back. But they'll hold you back only as long as you continue to hold on to them.

Each day is filled with plenty of valid reasons to be angry, resentful, jealous, frustrated, offended and annoyed. All that negativity can stop you cold if you allow it to take up long-term residence in your life.

So make the choice to quickly let it go. And free yourself to soar above it all.

-- Ralph Marston

Quickly let go When you breath out, close your eyes and see your stressors leaving with your breath and dissipating. Quickly let go

No September, it didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. It's more like constructive criticism if you will. Just reminders of the lessons I am trying to learn and the more I hear them, the more they set in. Thanks again. ((((((((((September)))))))))) I think you're pretty damn terrific yourself.

September......another great post. It reminds me of what my T is trying to drill into my head which if I can remember it maybe its working....feelings are feelings its what you do with them that matters. Its like if you have a feeling of annoyance and keep thinking about it over and over its gonna grow until you see this big ugly monster and its taking over your life.
