How can I go from an 84% good to a 38% in like 1/2 an hour? *sigh*

I hate this...stable would be nice...semi-stable would work...but this rollercoaster Sucks. =(

Nothing happened or anything...just started feeling bad *uber sigh* I don't understand me at all.

((((((((((BP)))))))))))) I wish I had an answer, but all I can offer are hugs.... I think so many of us feel like that and I don't know why either, it's too many ups and downs, too much of an extreme... how do you change that? I don't know. Hang in there.

BP. i can actually change so quickly that it is a done deal, before i know it. and as far as i ican tell, it isn't anything external. it's inside me. not that external doesn't cause changes. it's the secretive stuff that i hate the most.
