Hi folks,

I'm a French Bulldog. I would have liked to be a bit bigger, but I like the 'Bulldog' bit, kind of tenacious.

Can't wait to try it out on my wife when she gets home.

cheers, Myzen

I want to be a Doberman. Or maybe a huge standard poodle. Will report back later.

I am Bichon Bolognese, a less playful cousin of the Bichon Frise. The personality description suits me to a T. I had been thinking that Bichon Frise might be a good breed for me, if I can live in a place where dogs are allowed. But now I think that a Bichon Bolognese would be exactly right. We would be like 2 peas in a pod, that dog and me.

do it! ma's friend up north has one and he's such a character. Intelligent, a little rascal, affectionate, and a small dog. Watching my 80# dog play with this 2# dog was hysterical. He'd jump over her back as she laid on the floor. He'd bite her ears and her jowly lips and she would just shove her nose into the ground and make growly noises. She played so gently with him it was great.

Gotta say the time I spent with the wirehaird dach. was wonderful. Loved him and he could fly in the cabin with me! Unlike my pony in her 30# crate in pressurized cargo area. stress and tension relief guaranteed

another bonus of these little powerhouses? They have attitude! They aren't aware of their size and my previous shepherd would avoid one yard on our walks because a dach. lived there and would charge the fence. She didn't like that as she was used to being the alpha beast. Guess little dog trumped her on that one *lol*

for the longest time i saw an elderly couple, in their 80s, walk in the park with two coated dachshunds...different color coats for different days. i talked to them.....they were boyfriend and girlfriend. they lived next door to one another and each had a weenie dog! then i didn't see her for a very long time and finally she showed up.......then they were walking just one dog.....and now neither of them have appeared in about 3 months.....i'm worried about them...but have no idea where they lived.....

.....Samoyed i think is how you spell it....
cool, makes sense in a lot of ways. outdoors in artic used as sled dog, lives with owner in house unlike other sled dogs and is a devoted family member despite an extreme independent streak.
.....one of my goals has always to move to alaska and race sled dogs... awesome
oh ya and people always call me smilie, because i'm always smiling when i'm not depressed. And on another note i've always love wolvies and had german shepards and alaskan malamutes. I thought if i had to be a dog i'd want to be like a wolf,... independent, loving but deadly at the same time....scary music in the background...
I'm stoked on this now....

AND for us little dachshunds..I actually saw a man and a young boy yesterday with two weenie dogs and they both had on LEATHER CUSTOM MADE COATS.....I talked to the guys and they are crazy about their weenie dogs!! Had these coats made by a tailor!!!! and I always thought I'd be a Scottish Terrier..mine was bitten on the face twice by a rattlesnake and she fought it and stayed between me and the snake....(she lived) and I could see me doing something like that to protect my family...
